Refunds are only available for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, unwanted products, or items that have been opened and used.

01Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect are always eligible for return regardless of packaging condition.

02How to Start a Return

1Email hello@auraderm.in with your order number and a description or photo of the issue.

2Our team will review and respond within 1 business day with a decision.

3If approved, you'll receive a prepaid return shipping label and packing instructions.

4Ship the item back using the label provided. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

03Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us at hello@auraderm.in immediately with your order number and clear photos.

These are the only circumstances under which a refund is issued. Once verified, we will arrange a full refund or send a replacement at our cost — your choice.

04Non-Returnable Items

—  Opened or used personal care and skincare products

—  Items returned due to change of mind or personal preference

—  Custom or personalised products

—  Items marked as final sale or part of a promotional offer

—  Products without original packaging (unless damaged on arrival)

05Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you received a damaged or incorrect item and prefer a replacement over a refund, mention this when you contact us — we'll ship the correct product at no charge once approved.

For all other situations, please place a new order for the item you'd like.

06Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome. If the damage or defect is confirmed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: Your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the credit. If 15 business days pass after your refund approval with no update, contact us at hello@auraderm.in and we will investigate immediately.
