Welcome to AuraDerm. AuraDerm is a brand owned and operated by Shahdhar Innovative Private Limited, a company registered in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir under the Companies Act, 2013. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Shahdhar Innovative Private Limited, trading as AuraDerm.

We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, to provide you with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Our store is hosted on Shopify, our checkout is powered by Shiprocket, and payments are processed by PayU.

The terms and conditions below, together with any policies referenced in them (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms"), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your place of residence if that is higher, and that you have given consent for any minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own or manage.

To use the Services, you may be asked to provide personal information such as your name, email address, billing, payment and shipping details. You represent that all information provided is accurate, current and complete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity on your account. You may not transfer, sell or assign your account to another person.

We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, colours and appearances may vary depending on your device and screen settings. We do not warrant that the quality or appearance of any product purchased will meet your expectations.

All product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time, or to limit quantities sold to any person or region.

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. For prepaid orders, your order is accepted once payment has been received and processed. For Cash-on-Delivery orders, your order is accepted when we confirm it and hand it to our courier.

We may contact you if your order cannot be completed or requires modification. We may also decline or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, false contact details, bulk buying for resale, or a pattern of refused deliveries. If we cancel a prepaid order, you are refunded in full.

All purchases must be for personal use and not for resale or export.

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST. Shipping charges and any Cash-on-Delivery handling fee, where they apply, are shown separately at checkout before you pay.

Prices, discounts and promotions may change at any time without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed. Discounts and promotional offers cannot be combined unless we say so, and may be withdrawn at any time.

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date payment information. By submitting payment details, you represent that you are authorised to use that payment method and that charges incurred will be honoured by your payment provider.

Cash on Delivery is offered on eligible pincodes and order values, which are confirmed at checkout. Where a handling fee applies, it is shown before you place the order.

Please keep the exact amount ready for the delivery agent, and make sure the phone number on your order is reachable. Couriers usually make a limited number of delivery attempts before returning a parcel to us.

Placing a Cash-on-Delivery order is a commitment to accept and pay for it. If you no longer want the order, please cancel it under Section 06 rather than refusing the parcel at the door.

You may cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not already been dispatched. Email hello@auraderm.in with your order number and we will cancel it and refund you in full.

After that window your order has usually been packed and handed to the courier, so it can no longer be stopped. Once it reaches you, our Refund & Return Policy applies in full.

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address and phone number you provide. We are not liable for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete details.

Once products are handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

AuraDerm products are cosmetic formulations for external use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and nothing on our website or in our advertising is medical advice.

Please patch test before use and follow the directions supplied with the product. Stop using it if irritation occurs. If you are pregnant, nursing, or using prescription topicals, consult a dermatologist first.

Results depend on skin type, consistency of use and other individual factors. Individual results vary, and reviews published on our website reflect the personal experience of the customer who wrote them rather than a guaranteed outcome.

All materials on our website — including trademarks, images, text, graphics and product designs — are owned by Shahdhar Innovative Private Limited or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify or exploit any content from our Services without written permission.

The AuraDerm name, logo and related marks are trademarks of Shahdhar Innovative Private Limited. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

We may provide access to third-party tools or features that we do not control or monitor. These are provided "as is" and "as available". We are not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from your use of such third-party tools.

Our Services may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating third-party content or their privacy practices. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, our checkout is provided by Shiprocket, and payments are processed by PayU. Each operates under its own terms, which apply to you alongside these Terms when you use that part of the Services.

All sales and transactions occur directly between you and Shahdhar Innovative Private Limited. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of these transactions, and you release Shopify from any claims or damages arising from your interactions with us.

We are not liable for outages, delays or errors caused by these providers. If an order is affected by one, contact us and we will put it right.

All personal data collected through our website is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Shopify, Shiprocket, PayU and our other service providers also process certain information to operate the Services. By using our Services, you consent to the data handling described in our Privacy Policy.

If you provide feedback, reviews or suggestions to us, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display that content for business purposes, including in our advertising. You represent that you own or have the right to submit it.

We reserve the right to remove unlawful or offensive feedback at our discretion.

Occasionally there may be errors or omissions in product descriptions, pricing or availability. We reserve the right to correct any such errors or cancel affected orders at any time without prior notice. Where an order is cancelled for this reason and you have already paid, you are refunded in full.

You agree not to use our Services:

—  To place orders using false, incomplete or someone else's details.

Except as expressly stated, the Services and all products are provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of our Services or the products sold. Nothing here limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shahdhar Innovative Private Limited, its affiliates, officers and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services or products.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the order that gave rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shahdhar Innovative Private Limited, Shopify and their affiliates from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining sections continue in full force and effect.

Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver. These Terms, together with the policies referenced in them, constitute the entire agreement between you and us, and supersede all prior communications.

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights or obligations without notice.

These Terms and any related disputes are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Section headings are included for convenience only and do not affect interpretation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that order.
