Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 hours from the time they are placed. Once processed, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation with your tracking details.
Please note that orders placed after 6:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Method

We ship all our orders via air transport to ensure faster delivery and product safety.

Delivery Timelines

  • Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: Orders typically arrive within 2–4 business days after dispatch.

  • All Other Cities: Orders generally arrive within 4–7 business days after dispatch, depending on location and courier service availability.

Please note that these timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical challenges.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on select products or order values.
